At this point, you have all the information you require to make a form that asks for a user’s personal information. The form should include the following:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Street Address
  • City
  • Postal Code
  • Province
  • Phone Number
  • eMail Address
  • …and a submit button

Use the appropriate pattern for each element; the form should be written to accessibility standards, but do not concern yourself with how it appears in the browser. Obviously, the form should also .
